Teacher Fired from Catholic School for Having IVF: ASRM and SART Can Help

An Indiana Catholic school teacher, fired for undergoing in vitro fertilization treatments, has filed a discrimination lawsuit in federal court against the school and the Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend.

ASRM Public Affairs staff have spoken with her attorneys and, while it is not yet certain what assistance ASRM as an organization will be offering, it would  be very helpful if ASRM and SART members in Indiana were able to speak with the attorneys and provide them with a good understanding of assisted reproductive technologies.

Please contact Sean Tipton at stipton@asrm-dc.org or 202-863-2494 if you are able to help with this.
